After more than 15 years working in synchronisation across Cooking Vinyl, Warner Chappell and SphereTrax, industry veteran Helen Wiltshire has launched a new independent sync agency.
H W Sync will represent a diverse roster of labels, artists, writers and composers, including both established catalogues and breakthrough talent.
The company will specialise in providing music licensing solutions for film, television, advertising, gaming and digital media, offering music supervisors access to established names, emerging talent and bespoke solutions.

Building on established partnerships with SphereTrax and Soundtrack Creation, H W Sync’s roster now extends to new clients including Americana specialists Loose Music (The Handsome Family, Courtney Marie Andrews), Scotland’s Last Night From Glasgow (Peter Capaldi, Bis) and producer/songwriter Paul Statham (Dido’s Here With Me, collaborations with Gabriella Cilmi and Jim Kerr).
Further signings include Sweden’s South Nation Music, Argentinian composer Pedro Mercau and emerging artist Crystal Toto. Further additions are anticipated in the months ahead.
“Sync has always been about bridging the creative and the commercial,” said Helen Wiltshire, founder of H W Sync. “Having worked across the industry for over a decade, I wanted to create a home that could champion both independent and established voices – from iconic songwriters to exciting new artists – while delivering sync and licensing solutions that are as agile as the modern content landscape demands.”
