The UK Entertainment Awards has returned to recognise talent across music, comedy, film and culture.
Created in 2014 by Shinel Crichlow, the awards aim to showcase voices that often go unheard in the UK’s cultural landscape.
Over the years, the UEA has been a launchpad for talent including Mo Gilligan, Babatunde Aléshé , Judi Love, Real Rap Man and Grammy-winning Ella Mai.
The 2025 UK Entertainment Awards has recognised nominees including ZeZe Mills, Indiyah Polack, Clara Amfo, Odeal, Capital Xtra's Robert Bruce and Shayna Marie.
Hosted by content creators Hemah K and Stxph, the ceremony in Thurrock saw performances from the Rap Game’s Layyah and rising star Leah Music (pictured). Winners included BBC 1Xtra's Remi Burgz, Odeal producer Juls and Leah Music.
DJ AG was also honoured on the night as the recipient of the Best Social Impact Award for his phenomenal work supporting talent.
