The Featured Artists Coalition (FAC) has today unveiled 19 new artist ambassadors.

Among them is former FAC CEO Imogen Heap, Dan Smith of Bastille, Rachel Chinouriri, Orla Garland and Ben Lovett of Mumford & Sons.

Alfie Templeman, Aziya, Divorce, Ellen Beth Abdi, Hinako Omori, Jalen Ngonda, Katie Melua, Meyy, MJ Cole, Kai Campos of Mount Kimbie, Picture Parlour, Roxanne de Bastion, Sans Soucis and Vukovi also make up the new list. Melua and de Bastion are former FAC board members, marking their return this time as ambassadors alongside Heap.

More than 150 artists have now agreed to champion the UK trade body, which represents the specific rights and interests of music artists.

The announcement comes as the FAC prepares to open applications for the UK Artist Touring (UKAT) Fund, a new initiative to distribute finance to artists who are struggling to cover the costs of grassroots live performance. Recently, the fund was confirmed to receive £125,000 from ticket contributions received by the LIVE Trust from participating arena and stadium events.

David Martin, CEO of FAC, said: “I’m absolutely delighted to announce another 19 ambassadors that represent such a wide cross-section of the creative community. With the launch of the UKAT Fund, 2026 will be a pivotal year for the FAC as we look to complement our advocacy work with funding and support programmes that truly facilitate the talent that drives the UK’s music industry. Our ambassadors will be crucial to helping us manage this transformation, enabling us to reach new communities and make more artists aware of the work we do. I’m grateful to every artist who stands with us as we work to give artists a collective voice.”

Orla Gartland added: “I’ve done this professionally for 10+ years and it feels crazy out here; a combo of compromised income on the records side and rising costs on the live side mean a lot of artists are struggling right now. I’m immensely proud to step forward as an ambassador for the FAC, an organisation that tirelessly fights for us artists at the centre of this industry. It feels good to know they have our back.”

Dan Smith of Bastille said: "There's lots of fantastic advocacy organisations in the music business, all involved in important work behind the scenes – however, there's only one that wholly has the interests of artists at its heart. I'm really happy to support and join the extensive list of ambassadors of the FAC.”
