Sony Music Publishing UK has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with songwriter, producer and artist MNEK, which will include future works written by the hitmaker.
The deal follows a long-term partnership with Warner Chappell.
The multi-platinum certified songwriter, producer and artist, who is based in London and LA, has contributed songwriting work for a wide range of global musical talent, including artists such as Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Jax Jones, Stormzy, Becky Hill, Demi Lovato, Little Mix, BTS and many more.
The signing follows Sony Music Publishing’s win at the Music Week Awards in the Publishing Of The Year category.
Recent successes for MNK include multiple co-writes and production collaborations with Zara Larsson, including co-writing her verse on PinkPantheress’ hit Stateside + Zara Larsson. MNEK also contributed across Zara Larsson’s hit single Midnight Sun, which earned a 2026 Grammy nomination for Best Dance Pop Recording.
Additionally, his long-term creative partnership with FLO garnered further Grammy recognition this year, with MNEK co-producing the group's debut album Access All Areas and co-writing 14 tracks for the project.
As a solo artist, MNEK has achieved chart-topping success. His UK No.1 single Head & Heart with Joel Corry has amassed more than 1.3 billion Spotify streams to date, while the UK Top 5 hit Never Forget You with Zara Larsson has more than 1.1 billion Spotify streams.
MNEK will be returning this year with his sophomore solo album, his first since his 2018 debut Language.

MNEK has achieved two Grammy Awards, a BRIT nomination, two Ivor Novello Awards, and recently a 2025 Vocal Producer of the Year honor at the Music Producers’ Guild Awards in London.
