Reservoir Media has acquired the catalogue of American singer-songwriter Bertie Higgins, including his publishing and master recording rights.
Higgins broke through with his 1981 debut single Key Largo, followed by 1983 album Just Another Day in Paradise. He subsequently released more than 20 additional albums, including various compilations.
His contributions to music earned him a Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Florida Music Hall of Fame in January 2016, and in 2019, he was inducted in the Florida Artists Hall of Fame. Higgins has been honoured with several international awards, including recognition in Germany and China.
