Ahead of the 2025 edition of Music Week’s Women In Music Awards next month, we’re delighted to announce this year’s Roll Of Honour in association with TikTok.
First, a quick reminder: the much-loved Women In Music event celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, and celebrated some of the most incredible names in the music industry, including Lorna Clarke, Tori Amos and Dr Charisse Oyediwura. The daytime ceremony returns on Friday, October 10 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.
As previously announced, table bookings are now open here but please hurry to avoid disappointment as tickets are selling fast. The event has sold out for the past four years in a row.
With that said, on to the Roll Of Honour, which shines a light on the ‘game-changers’ in the music industry. Sponsored by TikTok, it celebrates the breadth, depth and variety of individuals driving change in the music industry. This year’s honourees embody the spirit of innovation, resilience and progress at the heart of music today.

TikTok is thrilled to once again partner with Music Week’s Women in Music Awards to spotlight the pioneers redefining the future of our industry
Tracy Gardner, TikTok
Speaking about this year's event – which is staged in association with AIM and UK Music – Women In Music Award co-founders Alison Wenham & Lara Baker, said: “We’re delighted to celebrate the remarkable women who join this year’s Roll of Honour. Each of them has made a powerful and lasting impact on the music industry, breaking barriers, inspiring others, and shaping the future of our business.
“Next month's ceremony will be an opportunity to celebrate not just the contributions of those being honoured, but of all the women who inspire us daily in our workplaces and across the music business.”
Music Week and TikTok will collaborate on a series of special Roll Of Honour content around this year’s event.
“TikTok is thrilled to once again partner with Music Week’s Women in Music Awards to spotlight the pioneers redefining the future of our industry,” said Tracy Gardner, global head of music business development at TikTok, about the company's longstanding support of this important event. “These remarkable women are not only breaking barriers but setting new standards of creativity and leadership, and we’re proud to champion their impact on music culture.”
With these 15 highly-deserving honorees this year, the Roll Of Honour has now become almost 200-strong in the past decade. It aims to highlight the breadth, depth and variety of individuals who are ‘game changers’ in the music industry, with one common theme; they are either women or female-identifying, or their activities consistently benefit women, or focus on female empowerment/gender disparity.
Every year, the Women In Music Awards celebrates the achievements and contributions of women across the music industry. From era-defining artists to influential executives, this event shines a spotlight on those who are shaping the future of music and inspiring positive change within our industry.
