As it marks its 10th anniversary in the US, global digital marketing and creative agency WMA has unveiled several new executive hires and key promotions internationally.
Following a decade at WMA, Crystina Cinti has been elevated to global senior vice president, continuing to report into founder & global CEO, Seb Weller.
Cinti will continue to lead on global growth for the award-winning agency, expanding WMA’s client offering to meet rapidly evolving demands.
Having joined the company in 2016, she has more than 20 years’ experience in the advertising, brand, talent, music and entertainment spaces with former tenures at Saatchi & Saatchi and Sony Music. In her decade with WMA, Cinti has been key to the agency's expansion into the entertainment and brand space, working with global superbrands like Netflix, Amazon, Live Nation and Audemars Piguet.
Seb Weller said: “Celebrating 10 years of WMA in the US is both a milestone and a moment of reflection. What we’ve created together over the past decade is something I’m incredibly proud of – a company rooted in creativity, culture and real impact. Continuing the company’s global expansion, Kelsi Ring has joined WMA as US vice president of PR, social and marketing. Based in Los Angeles. She was previously at Red Bull Records where she served as director of publicity & communications for the global beverage brand’s independent label. Prior company roles include Monstercat, Infamous PR, UTA and Live Nation.

During its decade in operation in the US, WMA has supported artists including Raye, Gwen Stefani, Lenny Kravitz, Billie Eilish, Zara Larsson, Alicia Keys, Mark Ronson, Elton John, Louis Tomlinson and more.
In that time, the agency has delivered award-winning campaigns and held longstanding partnerships with companies including Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Records.

In addition, Nick Calafato has joined WMA Studios, taking up the role of global head of film & photography as the agency’s creative arm continues to grow. Calafato was executive producer at Vevo for more than nine years.

Nick will play a key role in expanding our film and photography division, driving music and creative opportunities to grow WMA Studios, and strengthening our 360-degree creative offering across music, entertainment, and lifestyle.”
WMA, which launched in 2013, now employs more than 60 people across London, New York, LA, Nashville, Berlin and Singapore with a client base that includes partners such as Live Nation, Amazon Music, Disney Music Entertainment and Netflix, among others.
