Bauer Media Audio UK has announced that KISS network content director Rebecca Frank is leaving the business after more than five years.
Frank joined Bauer Media Audio UK in January 2020 from Media Works New Zealand, having worked there as head of development. This followed her career at the BBC with roles including daytime editor at Radio 1 and head of production teams at BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and Asian Network.
“Rebecca has been at the heart of KISS’ biggest moments in the last five years, shaping the station sound, launching new digital stations and strengthening the Kisstory brand,” said a statement. “In addition, Rebecca has made significant talent signings including Pete Wicks & Olivia Attwood, Harriet Rose, Henrie Kwushue and many more, while also steering the network to its most successful era of branded content.”

Frank will leave the business on October 16. Paul Gerrard, currently content director at Hits Radio, will be taking on an expanded role as content director, Hits Radio & KISS Network.
