The BRIT Awards 2025 has revealed AG Cook as the recipient of this year’s Producer Of The Year award.
The ceremony takes place on Saturday, March 1 at 8.15pm at The O2 arena in London. Exclusively broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX, it is hosted by Jack Whitehall.
The show will feature performances from Jade, Lola Young, Myles Smith, Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, Teddy Swims and The Last Dinner Party.
Annually decided on by a select panel of expert judges, Producer Of The Year has previously been presented to a number of leading British producers, including Chase & Status, David Guetta and Calvin Harris.
An artist, producer and label head, Cook has reshaped the landscape of pop music over the past decade with his experimentation and innovative production.
After founding the influential label PC Music in 2013, he gained recognition for his pioneering work with its network of artists, including Sophie. Last year he released his critically acclaimed third solo album, Britpop.
Cook also has a long-time collaborative relationship with Charli XCX, including Brat.

Cook has received multiple Grammy nominations for his work with Charli XCX and Beyoncé. His production credits also include Caroline Polachek, Troye Sivan, Christine & The Queens and Oklou.
AG Cook said: “As someone who’s always felt like a bit of an outsider, I’m very flattered to be recognised by the BRITs. From the early PC Music days to the Charli mixtapes and beyond, I’ve been lucky to work on so much music that I truly believe in. In particular, I’d like to dedicate this moment to Sophie, whose vision and artistry is still a driving force for producers everywhere.”
