YMU Group has unveiled five senior promotions within its entertainment division.
The management company represents top names in entertainment, sport, music and digital. The roster spans television, film, publishing, live performance and brand partnerships.
Meghan Peterson, Jordan Johnson, Lauren Clark and Nader Dehdashti have each been promoted to executive director. According to the announcement, the appointments recognise their contributions to YMU’s client roster, commercial growth and divisional culture.
“The four promotions mark a deliberate investment in the next generation of YMU leadership,” added the statement.
The promotions are: Meghan Peterson has been made executive director, business and operations; Jordan Johnson is executive director, Unscripted; Lauren Clark is executive director, creators; and Nader Dehdashti is executive director, growth and innovation.
In a fifth appointment, Claire Dundas has been promoted to senior executive director, in recognition of her contribution to the division over 15 years.

The promotions sit within a broader leadership structure. Melanie Rockcliffe continues in her role as chair of the entertainment division.
Paul Worsley and Darren Worsley remain as chief client officer and group vice chair respectively. They are “sustaining the depth of client relationships and commercial expertise at the heart of YMU’s entertainment proposition”, said YMY Group’s statement.
