Raw Power Management has promoted Dan Brown to the newly created position of head of A&R.
Brown is already a key member of Raw Power’s senior management team and has been with the company for over a decade.
He is currently overseeing You Me At Six’s farewell Final Night Of Six tour, which will see the band complete 38 UK dates, culminating in two shows in April at London’s OVO Arena Wembley.
In his new position, Brown will lead on talent acquisition, with a remit to bolster Raw Power’s increasingly eclectic roster and to sign new acts.
We look forward to finding exciting new artists to develop in the tradition of the company and continue to expand our sonic footprint

The company's roster of rock artists includes 2024 BRIT Award winners Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, The Mars Volta, The Damned, Refused and Don Broco.
Over recent years, Raw Power has significantly diversified this client base – notably with Northern Irish rapper Jordan Adetunji, who broke the UK Top 10 in 2024 with Kehlani, and Heartworms, whose debut, Glutton For Punishment, has just been released via Speedy Wunderground/PIAS.
Dan Brown, head of A&R, Raw Power Management, said: “I’m honoured and excited to be leading the A&R pursuit for Raw Power. Alongside our incredible team, I’m looking forward to discovering and developing new groundbreaking talent, building upon our already thriving roster.”
Craig Jennings, CEO, Raw Power Management, said: “Dan has been a valued part of the Raw Power team for 10 years now and will bring a wealth of experience to the newly created role of Head of A&R. The essence of the music business is the talent and the creators, and we look forward to finding exciting new artists to develop in the tradition of the company and continue to expand our sonic footprint.”
Last year, ATC Management became a majority investor in Raw Power Management, bringing the two companies together.
Alongside artist management, the ATC Group also encompasses live booking agency ATC Live, merchandise company Sandbag, livestream business Driift, ATC Services and ATC Experience.
