Artist management company T-Time has expanded with the launch of a Dublin office.
The company, founded in London in 2024 by former longstanding Q Prime manager Tara Richardson, already counts the rising Cork guitar band Cliffords and Dublin’s Bold Love amongs its first clients.
The Dublin office will be co-run by Erin Barker, who Richardson mentored through a music business management degree. Her career started as a booker for the city’s grassroots venue The Workman’s Club.
Tara Richardson, who has Irish heritage, said: 'I've been involved in the Irish music scene for almost 10 years now, and don't see any reason why bands have to leave Ireland to become successful. Opening a Dublin office is something I've wanted to do for many years, and once I realised how sharp Erin was, and her extensive knowledge of the incredible music scene right across Ireland, I knew the time had come.
“I trust her with all recommendations on up-and-coming bands, and that is something I really wanted to work together with her on, at the same time as having her by my side to nurture our current roster of artists.”

Erin Barker added: “I’ve had the chance to watch some incredible talent emerge from the Irish music scene, and now I’m excited to be more hands-on in helping new acts develop and find their footing.
“It’s great to be part of a company like T-Time that truly understands what new artists need and how to support them as they grow.”
In joining T-Time, Erin Barker has added the Dublin-based folk band Madra Salach to the company’s roster, joining Cliffords, Bold Love, and the Polydor-signed British solo artist Etta Marcus.
