UTA promotes a dozen employees to agent in UK and US

United Talent Agency has promoted 19 colleagues within its UTA Music division across several offices. 

The round of promotions at the global talent, entertainment, sport and advisory company sees 12 employees promoted to agent and seven to coordinator. 

Kayleigh Lawrence and Josh Pollard represent the latest agent elevations in London. The duo will continue to amplify the touring ventures of international artists.  

Lawrence joined UTA four years ago, while Pollard started in April 2022. Also in UTA’s London office, assistants Sabrina Sutton and Tom Walker have been promoted to coordinator.

Grace Cunningham, Ashley Ramos, Matt Reinberg and Tyler Stimmel have joined the ranks of agents in Los Angeles. Cunningham, Ramos and Reinberg will continue to support global touring bookings, with Stimmel rising within the music brand partnerships division. 

Cunningham joined the agency nearly six years ago, Ramos has been with UTA for five years, and Reinberg joined in April 2025 alongside partners & agents Caroline Yim and Zach Iser. Stimmel will reach his four-year anniversary with the agency in March. 

Eleni Hart and Taylor Krebs are the latest to be elevated to agent in Nashville. The two will work across a broad roster of clients as the agency’s Nashville outpost continues to expand its size and scope. 

Hart joined the agency in 2022. Krebs will soon celebrate his three-year anniversary with UTA. 

Eli Hanavan, Joe Marino, Alex Baranello and Matt Popper are New York’s newest UTA Music agents. They will continue to grow and identify touring opportunities for a wide-ranging list of developing and established talent. 

Hanavan joined UTA in August 2021 as the assistant to partner & co-head of global music Sam Kirby Yoh, and was promoted to coordinator in July 2023. Marino has been with the agency for four years in the music marketing division, recently joining UTA’s New York office from London. 

Baranello joined UTA as a coordinator in 2025, having previously gained experience in the live space at an independent agency. Popper will reach six years at the agency in January, rising in the company ranks through the UTA agent trainee programme. 

In addition, seven UTA colleagues have been promoted to coordinator: Sydney Bryant, Branda Cavanna, Emanuele Grisafi, Kayla Morgan, Dani Narins, Sabrina Sutton and Tom Walker.
