The·Team hires Belinda Law and Ishsha Bourguet in London as agency reveals global promotions

Global music agency The·Team – rebranded from Wasserman Music – has promoted six members of its growing worldwide team across its booking, festivals, performing arts centres and tour marketing divisions. 

“The promotions reflect the agency’s continued investment in developing internal talent and expanding the resources available to its global artist roster,” said a statement.

The company has also announced the hiring of two experienced London-based music agents, Belinda Law and Ishsha Bourguet

Law (vice president and agent) began her career at Premier Artists in Australia before relocating to London, where she held roles at Primary Talent International, Echo Location Talent Agency, and most recently, UTA, working with artists including Diplo, Major Lazer, Dillon Francis and Jazzy. 

Bourguet (director and agent) started out as a promoter and DJ, helping introduce UK bass music to South Africa before spending more than a decade as an agent at Echo Location Talent (acquired by UTAin 2021), where she represented a global roster of artists including Tyla, Buju Banton, and Mr Eazi.

Newly promoted team members include Carly Goldberg (director and agent), India Lawson (senior manager and agent), Seven Jarrett (manager and agent, festivals), Lauren LoLordo (manager and agent, performing arts centres) and Sean Merlin (manager and agent, tour marketing).

New York-based Carly Goldberg will continue supporting the agency’s global touring business while helping develop performance opportunities across her roster, which includes acts like Geese & Cameron Winter, Slow Pulp, Dove Ellis, Racing Mount Pleasant, Westside Cowboy, Jeff Rosenstock and The Wonder Years.

London-based India Lawson’s roster includes Alisha, DJ Boring, DJ Heartstring, Eliza Rose, Enzo Siragusa, MCR-T and Sherelle.

Seven Jarrett will focus on securing festival bookings for artists across the agency’s roster, while continuing to cultivate relationships with promoters and talent buyers at major festivals worldwide.

Lauren LoLordo, based in Chicago, will continue expanding opportunities for artists across the casino and performing arts centre circuit while supporting the agency’s growing presence in the space.

Los Angeles-based Sean Merlin will continue working closely with the tour marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for artists touring globally.
