Simon Carpenter and Joe Lilley are to take over day-to-day running of Gigantic Tickets, as CEO and CTO respectively.
The board restructure at Gigantic (part of KMJ Entertainment Group) sees founder Mark Gasson and CTO James Woodward move into the position of joint chairmen, with immediate effect.
Simon Carpenter (pictured) becomes CEO of Gigantic Tickets, with over nine years within Gigantic’s commercial team, as part of his 15 years of wider ticketing experience. He joined the board as a director and co-CEO last November, and today is announced as the sole CEO.
The day-to-day running will be shared with Joe Lilley, who moves into the role of CTO. He has been part of Gigantic's core technical team for over 13 years, and moved to co-CTO last autumn. He will continue developing and delivering new technology at the ticketing company.
