Sasha Keable, Dirty Blonde, Nonô and Mia Kirkland are set to play at Silverstone for F1 Tracks: Discovery this week.
F1 Tracks return to Silverstone, with headline sets from Sam Fender, Raye, Fatboy Slim and Becky Hill, who are each to be supported by one of the F1 Tracks: Discovery acts.
F1 Tracks: Discovery is dedicated to supporting new and emerging talent. The initiative launched two years ago at 2023’s British Grand Prix, in partnership with TikTok and supported by Grand Prix performers Tom Grennan, Cat Burns and Rudimental.
Acts supported by the platform in 2023 and 2024 include Altégo, Florrie, Jordss, Michael Aldag, Skylar, AntsLive and Only The Poets.
This year, Sasha Keable, Dirty Blonde, Nono and Mia Kirkland will follow in their footsteps, opening the Main Stage across the gigs, which take place from July 3-6. Production is overseen by Library Productions, who work on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage.
BBC Introducing DJ Abbie McCarthy will introduce each artist to the crowd before each performance. Dirty Blonde will open the bill for Sam Fender, which also includes Blossoms,on July 3, and Sasha Keable will play before Raye and Jade on 4. On July 5, Nonô will perform before Fatboy Slim and Mabel, while on July 6 Mia Kirkland will open for Becky Hill and Idris.
F1 Tracks launched at the British Grand Prix 2019 as a new music playlist available on Spotify, Apple, Deezer and SoundCloud. It now houses more than 90 playlists, alongside the core F1 Tracks playlist.
