One Fiinix Live has appointed Zac Peters and Amy Greig as agents in the UK, as the company restructures international operations.
The appointments come as One Fiinix Live closes its physical US office. The London-based agency will continue to pursue a strategy in North America from its UK headquarters, working with specialist partners across touring, festivals and live projects.
“At One Fiinix, we’re all about building a vibrant company culture and sticking to our values,” said CEO Jon Ollier. “It’s what’s fuelled our growth since we founded in 2020. When things don't meet our standards, we take it seriously and jump on it to fix any issues. We’re committed to being there for our artists and partners in the US and worldwide, upholding the high standards we believe in.”
Following roles at Runway Artists and DMF Music, Zac Peters has joined the agency with more than 15 years’ experience in country, folk, Americana, dance and pop. He will report into CEO Jon Ollier and represent a roster including Aname, First Time Flyers, Kezia Gill and The Bros Landreth.
Zac Peters said: “Joining One Fiinix Live is an exciting move and the welcome we have had already from the team has been incredible. I've always believed in investing in artists over the long term, as well as being part of a supportive group, where community is valued as much as commercial success. With the energy around British country music right now, I'm really looking forward to helping my artists build sustainable opportunities going forward."
Jon Ollier, CEO, added: “Zac’s passion for grassroots artistry and his thoughtful approach to building careers and working his way into valuable niches make him a brilliant fit for our vision at One Fiinix Live.”
Amy Greig has joined from Runway Artists, reporting into Jon Ollier as well as fellow agent Rob McGee, head of new music – an initiative Greig will play a key role in.
With five years of experience, she will oversee a developing roster including ARXX, Deary and Yndling, as well as Benjamin Francis Leftwich.
Amy Greig, Agent at One Fiinix Live, said: “What excites me most about One Fiinix Live is the clarity of purpose. The team here is driven by values, not just business, and that really resonates with how I believe artists should be supported. Developing new talent in a way that protects their creativity and sets them up for long, fulfilling careers is something I care deeply about, and I'm thrilled to contribute to that mission.”
Rob McGee, agent and head of new music, said: “Amy Grieg is part of a new generation of agents rewriting the rules. She has a sharp instinct for emerging talent and a rare ability to balance strategy with empathy, knowing exactly what artists need to grow, not just professionally, but personally too. I've admired her work and ambition since she entered the industry in 2021, and I'm proud to now call her a colleague.”
