Ticket agency Gigantic has appointed Greg Flanagan as its new head of client services.
The senior role has been created to further strengthen the company’s service offering amid continued growth across its client base.
Flanagan has over 20 years’ experience in ticketing, most recently as head of international operations at See Tickets. During his time there, he played a key role in expanding international development and supporting strategic partnerships across multiple markets.
At Gigantic, Flanagan will lead the client services team, oversee group activity from KMJ Entertainment, and contribute to several key strategic developments currently underway within the business.
