Live entertainment company Gotobeat, which combines promoters’ experience with AI technology, has reported 400% growth in 2025.
According to the data-driven company, the growth trajectory is set to continue for 2026.
Founded in 2022, Gotobeat aligns AI technology with human expertise to transform how concerts and tours are planned, promoted and delivered.
The team of 20 industry specialists use custom-built AI tools to inform decision-making in order to reduce risk, lower costs and support more sustainable touring. The company achieved more than an 80% average in venue occupancy in 2025 for events of over 700 capacity – a 33.3% per cent increase on industry standards.
According to a statement, Gotobeat’s data-powered approach is directly benefiting artists, helping them earn an average of 30 per cent more per tour. This is driven by increased ticket sales, reduced marketing waste, optimised routing and smarter pricing strategies.
Gotobeat also claims to be able to forecast ticket demand with an accuracy of over 80%, reducing financial risk and helping decisions move faster. As a result, Gotobeat sold more than 150,000 tickets for its events last year, promoting breakthrough artists such as BRIT Awards nominee EsDeeKid.
As we scale across Europe, our focus remains the same: making live events smarter, more profitable, and less risky for everyone involved
Max Busin
Max Busin, CEO and Founder of Gotobeat, said: “Live entertainment demand is booming, but the infrastructure powering tours hasn’t evolved at the same pace. Gotobeat was built to change that – using data and technology to help artists tour more sustainably, venues operate more efficiently, and fans access the shows they love.
“As we scale across Europe, our focus remains the same: making live events smarter, more profitable, and less risky for everyone involved.”
Gotobeat’s record-breaking results come at a time when the live music sector is as popular as ever. Recent data from Live Nation’s Living For Live global report has revealed that live music is the most popular form of entertainment, with more than 130 million tickets sold in 2025.
Despite the demand, the number of UK grassroots venues continues to decrease, with 30 venues permanently shutting their doors between July 2024 and 2025.
“This demonstrates the need for efficiency in the live-music industry and the demand for entertainment companies, such as Gotobeat, that can dramatically reduce risk,” added the statement.
