Oliver Sykes, of Bring Me The Horizon, has launched live production company Patient Zero.
According to the announcement, Patient Zero is a “next-generation live production company focused on building immersive, narrative-driven experiences”.
Bring Me The Horizon frontman Sykes honed his craft creating the rock band’s live arena show.
Patient Zero debuted with its first major project, the Illenium + Bring Me The Horizon live experience at Sphere Las Vegas.
In a statement, Patient Zero’s launch show was described as a “new benchmark in hybrid live performance, combining cinematic storytelling, real-time animation, and large-scale audiovisual design”.
Sykes led the concept, creative direction and served as executive producer on the project.
“The production introduced a distinct visual universe designed specifically for the format, pushing beyond traditional concert frameworks into fully immersive world-building,” the statement continued.
Sykes is joined by long-time collaborator, director and producer Nick Keays, who also led character design. Art direction is helmed by Jacob Harry Carter. who is co-creative director of RCA-signed Bring Me The Horizon alongside Sykes.
Further projects from Patient Zero will be announced in the coming months.
