Barclays reveal new partnerships with London's The O2 and Manchester's Co-Op Live

Barclays has announced brand new partnerships with two of the UK’s biggest venues, becoming a founding partner of Co-Op Live and a principal partner of The O2. 

In turn, Barclays says its customers can now "snap up specially reserved tickets" across both venues and gain access to premium lounges and hospitality suites at The O2 and Co-op Live.

Barclays says it will offer fans “unique experiences and some of the best views across both venues – from UK arena exclusives at Manchester’s Co-op Live by the likes of Robbie Williams, Morrissey and Olivia Rodrigo to Lady Gaga kickstarting her European tour at London’s The O2.”

Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard, meanwhile, is returning to Wembley Stadium on Sunday June 15 2025! This year's lineup includes Mariah Carey, Will Smith & DJ Jazzy Jeff, Benson Boone, Tate McRae, Myles Smith, Rita Ora, James Hype, JADE, Remember Monday, Lola Young, KSI, Jessie J, Reneé Rapp, Zara Larsson, Busted Vs McFly, and Dasha.

Speaking about the partnerships, Tom Corbett, MD of sponsorship and client experience at Barclays, said: “We’re thrilled to announce our new partnerships with Co-op Live and The O2. Barclays have also confirmed it will be supporting community projects as part of both partnerships with more details being “announced soon.”

Earlier this year, The O2 celebrated its first quarter of 2025, having hosted 48 shows in the first three months – marking a 9% increase in performances compared to Q1 in 2024. Alongside this, onsales surged by 125%, with 45 performances released and 10 headline acts making their debut on The O2 stage.

In March, meanwhile, Co-op Live welcomed its millionth fan through its doors since opening. The significant milestone arrived just short of 10 months since the Manchester venue’s inaugural performance.
