Warner Records US has revealed changes to its marketing team, with Dalia Ganz (above, left) promoted to EVP/head of digital & marketing.
Spearheaded by general manager Mike Chester (above, right), the revamped department combines digital and traditional marketing in order to “supercharge artist development strategy and execution”, according to a press release.
Dalia Ganz, who joined the label in 2022 as SVP, digital marketing, will lead the new team, which includes Sam Riddle, now SVP/head of digital marketing and Will Morrow, who has been promoted to SVP/head of viral marketing.
Also reporting to Ganz are three SVPs of marketing strategy & operations: Jesse Ervin, TJ Landig and Shawnae Corbett-Rice.
Chester has also made changes to the major’s commerce department, led by Axel Hyge, SVP of streaming strategy and Dave Edwards, SVP of revenue & operations.

Chester paid tribute to the executives leaving their posts at Warner Records, including Dionnee Harper – EVP, marketing & artist development, Josh Remsberg – SVP, head of commercial revenue and Kristine Ripley – VP, artist development.
