F That agency recruits three new team members

The F That agency has recruited three new members to its team. 

Launched in 2019 by founder and director Matt Pilcher, F That is an award-winning digital creative agency producing digital content for the music industry.

Charlotte Sterling has joined as senior project manager, following industry roles at Universal Music, Sony Music and Warner Music. 

In addition, Joni Mo has joined the creative department as a junior designer & animator, while Grace Stewart-Ricketts has joined the operations team as a junior project manager. 

The company said that the strategic additions to the team will support F That's operational and creative objectives to ensure growth throughout 2025.

F That has recently worked with Beyoncé, Childish Gambino, The Cure, Jamie xx, LCD Soundsystem, Calvin Harris, Linkin Park, Gwen Stefani, Queens Of The Stone Age and Ed Sheeran.

The company was born at Sony Music UK, where Pilcher previously worked in the 4th Floor Creative team

Over the past six years, highlights for F That include winning a Collision Award for De La Soul’s The Magic Number animated music video, creating Radiohead’s first-ever AR filter, and designing bespoke Gorillaz football kits that fans could access in the FIFA game.
