Downtown Neighbouring Rights (DNR) has signed a worldwide agreement with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jason Mraz.
The company will manage and represent the neighbouring rights for Mraz’s catalogue, including hits such as I’m Yours, I Won’t Give Up and Lucky, featuring Downtown Music Publishing label services client Colbie Caillat.

A two-time Grammy winner and recipient of the Hal David Songwriters Hall of Fame Award, Mraz has earned platinum and multi-platinum certifications in more than 20 countries, and a Diamond Award for I'm Yours, which has surpassed one billion streams on Spotify. It was the most streamed song by a solo artist in the 2000s decade.
