Dirty Hit has launched the company’s first European office in Berlin.
Founded in 2009 by Jamie Oborne, Dirty Hit has offices in London, Los Angeles, Berlin and Tokyo.
The independent record label’s German office will be led by Noura Labbani.
Labbani has joined with more than 15 years’ experience across artist development, label management and digital strategy, having previously held senior roles at Beatport, Dice and Patreon.
Labbani will lead on European operations for Dirty Hit’s roster of artists including The 1975, Bleachers, Beabadoobee, Kelsey Lu, Rina Sawayama and The Japanese House, while also contributing to the continued growth of dh2, the new electronic imprint being spearheaded by George Daniel.
Over the last 18 months, dh2 has staged club nights across London, NYC, Los Angeles, Berlin and Paris, along with their takeover at Glastonbury Festival’s San Remo last year.

“Labbani’s hire signals a renewed commitment to continue growing the label across mainland Europe, with the ongoing support of long term distribution partner Virgin Records,” said a statement.
“I’m excited to be joining Dirty Hit and launching their Berlin office,” said Noura Labbani, Dirty Hit, EU label manager. “It’s the ideal place to build from and connect more closely with artists and audiences across Europe.”
“We’re incredibly happy to have Noura Labbani joining the team as EU label manager,” said Jamie Oborne, Dirty Hit, founder & owner. “Berlin has always been a city where new ideas take shape and culture moves forward, and opening our EU office here feels instinctive – it’s about being part of that energy and building closer relationships with artists and audiences across Europe.”
