Atlantic Music Group has entered into a joint venture with Today Is Vintage, the label founded by Rebin Shah.
Founded in Sweden and headquartered in New York, Today Is Vintage maintains an active presence across key markets, with staff based in Stockholm, London, and Los Angeles.
Led by Rebin Shah with partner Dave Gordon, Today Is Vintage has supported releases with over 20 billion streams, more than 80 gold and platinum certifications worldwide, and numerous awards in the Nordics.
Shah has managed platinum-selling artists and Grammy-winning producers, as well as serving as creative director for World Childhood Foundation USA.
Gordon most recently served as head of urban sales and SVP of A&R at Warner Records, following a tenure at Columbia Records.
“The joint venture with Today Is Vintage reflects Atlantic Music Group’s continued strategy of aligning with distinctive label partners with international expertise and cross-market execution,” said a statement.
Rebin and Dave are the kind of forward-thinking, globally minded entrepreneurs we want to be in business with
Elliot Grainge
Today Is Vintage is also the founder and producer of The Cloud Sessions, an international songwriting camp in partnership with the Embassy of Sweden in Washington DC, Export Music Sweden and the Consulate-General of Sweden in New York.
Elliot Grainge, CEO of Atlantic Music Group, and Zach Friedman, COO of Atlantic Music Group, said: “Rebin and Dave are the kind of forward-thinking, globally minded entrepreneurs we want to be in business with. We’re glad to welcome them into the Atlantic family.”
Rebin Shah said: “Music doesn’t move in straight lines anymore. Culture travels sideways, across borders, scenes, and communities all at once. Atlantic understands that reality – not just structurally, but culturally. The forward-thinking environment Elliot Grainge has built values taste and innovation, which makes this global partnership feel natural. We’re excited to write the next chapter of Today Is Vintage together with Elliot, Zach Friedman, Nico Ziangas, and the rest of the AMG team.”
