Alison Goldfrapp is set to release her second solo album via her own label A.G Records on August 15.
Titled Flux, the album is co-produced by Alison Goldfrapp, alongside Richard X and Stefan Storm and will be released in partnership with Absolute Label Services and Fascination Management.
It follows her debut solo album, The Love Invention, which hit Top 10 in the UK in 2023.
Alison Goldfrapp said: “I’ve been intrigued at the prospect of owning my own masters for some time now and, for the first time in my career, I’m in the position to be able to do so. In the process of writing my new record Flux, it felt like the natural time to start my own record label. If you’re lucky enough to have the option, owning your own masters feels like a no-brainer!
“Being completely in the driver’s seat business-wise as well as creatively is an exciting new challenge, and I’m looking forward to partnering with Absolute and continuing to work alongside Peter and Adam at Fascination”
