Sony Music artist Sleepy Hallow to perform immersive concert in Fortnite

Sleepy Hallow has announced The Hallow Heist, a new immersive concert event experience created in Fortnite.

The rapper and songwriter has developed the Fortnite experience in partnership with Sony Music and RCA Records. 

The limited-time event, premiering April 18 at 1pm ET, is set on a custom island in Fortnite. 

“A unique fusion of storytelling and concert, The Hallow Heist is an exploration and battle within his creative subconscious, in which players attempt to infiltrate his mind and journey down to his heart,” said a statement.

His avatar will perform a showcase of five songs, including the debut of his new single Girls Like Girls, while fans navigate a range of distinct visual styles and interactive elements.

Sleepy Hallow said: “My fans know my love for gaming, so I’m excited to merge two passions of mine, all in one universe. The fans are going to go up when they experience my music in the Fortnite universe.”

The Hallow Heist is produced by Sony Immersive Music Studios (Sony IMS), a division supporting Sony Music artists and labels at the intersection of music and gaming.   

Sleepy Hallow’s hit Anxiety with Doechii peaked at No.45 on the US Hot 100. In the UK, it peaked at No.15.
