Amazon Music and TikTok have expanded their existing collaboration with the launch of a new Share To TikTok feature.
It means that Amazon Music customers can share songs, albums, playlists and personal listening highlights from their Insights On Amazon Music section of the app directly to TikTok. The feature is rolling out globally from today.
“The new integration lets fans post their favourite music, moments and insights with friends, family, and the wider TikTok community in just a few taps – making it easier than ever to express their music taste, celebrate their discoveries, and connect through shared sound,” said a statement.
Amazon Music Insights is the streaming platform’s new personalised analytics experience, showcasing fans’ listening habits and music statistics. Insights includes monthly recaps, which highlight top artists, songs, podcasts and total listening minutes, and award ‘Top Listener’ badges to superfans of their most-played artists.
The new Share To TikTok feature makes those insights available for creative TikTok posts.
Amazon Music Original tracks are also available to share directly on TikTok. This includes recently released Amazon Music Originals from Carter Faith (a cover of Addison Rae's Fame Is A Gun) and Shaboozey, who recorded a new track Let 'Em Know.
This launch builds on the ongoing collaboration between TikTok and Amazon Music, who first teamed up in 2024 on the Add To Music App. The feature allows TikTok users to save the songs they discover on TikTok directly to Amazon Music and other leading streaming services.
Since its global roll-out, Add to Music App has generated billions of track saves and many more streams, helping to drive music discovery.
Li Chen, head of product, music vertical, TikTok, said: “Music is the heartbeat of TikTok – it’s how people connect, express themselves, and discover something new every day. Partnering with Amazon Music to make sharing seamless means fans can bring their favourite music and personal listening moments to life on TikTok, inspiring even more creativity and music discovery across our community.”
